Conference Programme in development. Check back soon!

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION IS OPEN
Deadline: 06 September 2026

It would not be possible to host this nationally important conference without the generous support of our sponsors:

The PNI symposium caters to the UK nuclear imaging community with attendees from both academia and industry, and provides an excellent platform for scientific communication and networking. This year’s meeting, which is organized jointly by University of Cambridge, King’s College London and University College London will feature highlight sessions on cancer imaging and imaging of brain diseases, amongst others, with expert contributions from leading UK researchers. A poster pitch session will give young researchers the opportunity to present their work.

Keynote Speaker

We are pleased to announce that Professor Peter JH Scott will deliver the keynote presentation at PNI2026.

Talk title to follow shortly.

Getting Here

Travelling to the Cancer Research UK Cambridge Institute

By train

Cambridge railway station is linked to many major cities in the UK via London (55 minutes) or Peterborough (50 minutes). The Institute is approximately a 30-minute walk from the train station, a 10 minute taxi ride, or you can catch the Citi buses 1 or 7 to Addenbrooke’s Hospital.

By bus or coach

We recommend that you take the bus or a taxi from the Central Cambridge bus station (Drummer Street). Some of the airport buses stop on Parkside, which is around the corner. From the bus station, take Citi 1 or Citi 7 to Addenbrooke’s. The taxi ranks are also nearby.

Cambridge is well served by public transport links from major UK airports. The nearest airport to Cambridge is London Stansted, followed by London Heathrow and then London Gatwick. From London Stansted, there is an hourly direct train service to Cambridge which takes approximately 40 minutes. From Heathrow Airport there is an hourly bus to Cambridge which leaves from stops at both Heathrow Central Bus Station and Terminal 5 and takes approximately 2 hours. Timetables and information will be available at the airport, or check the National Express website.
